Your jewelry gets a warm bath in our commercial ultrasonic machine, fresh rinse, and blasts of high-pressure steam — bringing back your gem’s original sparkle. Duration 5-15 minutes. Can be done while you wait!

"Mani-Pedi" (Gem grime gone, metal buffed.) - $35

"Microderm Abrasion" (Gem grime gone, metal re-surfaced/polished.) - $75 for Gold/Silver; or $125 for Platinum

Free inspection! We'll show you your piece on our large-screen digital microscope.

"Nip and Tuck" (Tighten your gemstones!) - From $25 per gem.

Do your gems have a case of the “the wiggles," or do their prongs snag your fabrics? We’ll tighten them as needed to help prevent gem loss.

Deeper Work

Chain Repair - Most Chains From $45-$125 (Depending on the type of chain and location of the break.)

Using our precision laser welder, we can repair almost any type of chain.

"Kiss and Make Up" - $65 per crack/break up to 3.0mm wide, +$10 per extra 1/2mm wide

If your jewelry has gone through a painful "break up" - like at the bottom of a ring - we will laser weld one break back together and restore the harmony.

"The Botox" - $175 per 1/2" area

We will fill all the shallow lines, pits, and nicks with new matching metal using our laser welder, effectively erasing them over an entire 1/2" area.

"The Facelift" - $300 per 1/2" area

We will repair both deep and shallow breaks, cracks, pits & lines adding new metal as needed with our laser welder surgically putting it back together near-new.

Not all ring re-sizing is equal. We are the rare jewelry store that has a complete in-house repair shop including a high-end laser welder providing 2/10 millimieter precision work, plus up to an 80% stronger bond than a traditional jeweler's torch & solder.

We also have a carefully calibrated 1/4-size ring size kit for you to try on, and patient experts to get you the perfect fit. And unlike other jewelers who ship pieces out, we do all our work in-house. So your ring stays safe, and gets done faster - never leaving our secure shop.

“Make My Ring Smaller” - Standard 2 Week Service, or 2-3 weeks at peak times.
