This ring embodies the wedding rhyme of "something old, something new, and something blue" rolled into one! We have set a brand new blue diamond into a solid gold antique ring is circa the 1850's-1890's late Victorian era with artfully milgrained shoulders and botanical detail on its hand engraved sides. The British style of this ring's prong setting was developed over 150 years ago, and is a predecessor of an old American style called "Belcher Set." Like most jewelry prior to a 1906 law, it is not stamped, but our gold tests confirm it is solid 14K gold. Expertly restored, upgraded with a new blue diamond for a twist of modern sparkle, and full of new life.
